Registration f.a.q.
This registration session will allow you to sign consents, complete contact information and submit payment. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card available along with your child's birth certificate.
Registration F.A.Q.s - We are inter-Leaguing with Alameda, San Lorenzo, Hayward and Newark and will be meeting with them soon to finalize game times and dates.
When is Registration Open? - Registration opens October 1st each year.
How much is the Registration Fee? - Registration is $135.00 per child. Early Bird registration is $100.00 (Prior to Dec. 31st).
What is covered by the Registration Fee? - Registration covers the uniform (Jersey, Socks, and Visor), a practice t-shirt, insurance, permit fees, umpires and a trophy.
What Do You Need To Register Online? -

How do I provide a copy of my player's birth certificate if I register online? -
During the online registration process you may upload a copy of your player's birth certificate if you have it. If not, you may complete the check out process and provide the certificate at a later time. You may either scan it or take a picture with your smartphone and log back in to your account to upload it. You may also email it to leosheridan@gmail.com to complete the registration process. You will be notified once registration is complete.
Can I register in person? -
Currently, we have not scheduled walk-in registrations.
Do you need to be a resident of San Leandro to Register? -
No. San Leandro Girl's Softball is open to residents of San Leandro and all surrounding areas.
What Age Division will my player be assigned to? - The age of player is determined by their age as of August 31, 2023 (Example; if your player is 8 years old on August 31st, they will play in the 8U Division).
Do I need to pay a deposit for volunteer hours? -
No. You are NOT required to volunteer, or pay a deposit to ensure completion of volunteer hours, but our league is run by volunteers and we would love your help in making this league a success for our girls.
Will there be fundraising? -
Yes, each player will be required to sell during our fundraiser. This is necessary to help keep registration fees low and maintain a model of no mandatory volunteer hours. You may opt out of selling by paying the value of the profit of the fundraiser per registered player. Uniforms will not be distributed until fundraiser money or the opt-out fee is turned in to the league.
When will practices be held? -
Practices are typically held twice a week Mondays thru Thursdays somewhere between 5:30pm to 7:00pm. The practice schedule may vary depending on the team's coach and his/her schedule.
Where will games be played? -
Home games will be played at the San Leandro High Sports Complex. Visiting games will be played at the host's field.

We can always use volunteers. Whether you are interested as a Board Member, Coach, Chaperone, Score Keeper or any other available position, please click on our Register Online button and register as a volunteer. Please provide your contact information and select your level of interest.
Refund Policy - All refund requests must be made in writing to the registrar or board member. Late requests will not be honored.
A: Full refund for any person prior to January 30th , 2024.
B: Full refund prior to January 30th , 2024, ONLY if:
1) Player is selected to play on a sanctioned school team.
2) Player has an injury or illness that prevents play in the season.
3) Player moves out of the San Leandro, San Lorenzo or Hayward area
